Yes. All of our skincare products are formulated using high-quality natural ingredients, carefully chosen for their effectiveness and safety.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Our entire range is vegan-friendly and we never test on animals.

Are your products free from common irritants?

Yes. Our products are free from parabens, sulphates, artificial colourants, and harsh chemicals. They are designed to be gentle on the skin while remaining effective.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are designed with skin sensitivity in mind, but as with any skincare, individual reactions may vary. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Where are your products manufactured?

All Bolab skincare products are proudly developed within the EU under strict quality and safety standards.

How should I store your products?

We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain freshness and effectiveness.

Do your products have an expiry date?

Yes. Like all skincare, our products carry a shelf-life. Please refer to the packaging for specific use-by dates or period-after-opening (PAO) symbols.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal pay in 3 and Klarna. All payments must be completed at
checkout.

Do you accept subscriptions or deposits?

No. We only sell available products and do not operate subscription services. The only exception is back-orders for out-of-stock products, which are charged at the time of order.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery on all orders is free. Premium delivery services such as next-day delivery are available at an additional cost, clearly shown at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Premium delivery times vary depending on the service selected.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

What if my order is faulty or incorrect?

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
