All products purchased directly from our website www.bolabskincare.com may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Products that are customised, personalised, or made to order are excluded from standard returns unless they are defective. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning products unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during delivery, or materially different from its description on our website, you should contact us within three (3) days of delivery to arrange a return. Once the return has been approved, we will provide a full refund or replacement, at our discretion. Bolab will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
Products placed on back-order will be delivered as soon as they become available. Customers may cancel back-orders at any time before dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, the standard returns policy applies. Delivery times for back-ordered products are indicative and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method once returned products have been received and inspected. Refunds will normally be completed within seven (7) days. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are sent securely and using a trackable shipping method. Proof of postage should be retained until the return is fully processed.
